St. John Vianney Church is seeking a full-time Director of Faith Formation, Youth Ministry, and OCIA for Children starting July 1, 2026, who has a passion for evangelizing the youth.

Skills include: communication & community building, recruiting & supervising volunteers, coordinating events & service projects, scheduling & lesson planning, maintaining a budget & organizing fundraisers, and leading families in prayer & sacramental preparations.

Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly encouraged but not required.

Minimum of a 4-year degree in Theology, Youth Ministry, Education, or a related field.

Salary: $42,000 –  $46,000. Salary depends on degree and experience.
